Did you know groundhogs and woodchucks are the same animal? They belong to the rodent family, which also includes squirrels, prairie dogs, and chipmunks. Canada’s weather forecaster, Wiarton Willie, is actually an albino woodchuck, which makes his February forecasting ideal since his white fur camouflages him with his snowy environment.
